Working with Us
Regardless of where you are located in the world, you will find it easy and rewarding to work with us. We seamlessly communicate in real time with clients via web-based meetings, electronic file transfer and interactive pen display. Our charges are based on:
- How you supply your design ideas to us (sketch, 2D Drawing, CAD or 3D Model)
- The level of complexity and detail required
- The number of renderings required
- The time frame for completion
The process involved in creating a photo-realistic rendering begins with a consultation to determine your desired end product, its intended use, and options for presenting your design or project. At this point, we will provide you with a quotation of the expected time and cost for carrying out the work.

From the 2D drawings and sketches, topographic maps and photographs provided to us, we then transform your design or project into a realistic, highly evocative image in four basic steps.
- A 3D computer wireframe model is constructed using information from 2D CAD drawings or sketches.
- The model is shaded to give substance to the model. Real world textures are applied to simulate common building materials.
- A high resolution photograph is taken of the site so the model can be superimposed on it.
- The textured model is then combined with the site photograph and blended to look like it was meant to be there.

Once you have approved the final version, we provide you with copies of your renderings in any format you request.
The process of animation begins with three of basic elements described under the process for photorealistic rendering. Once the model has been created a “previz”, (or pre-visualization), is created to demonstrate the movement of the camera through or around the model. You begin to see how the finished product will look before any major rendering is done. This is the best time to make changes
A finished animation can be embedded in html, authored onto DVD, and used in presentations.
